Partly thanks to its peaceful location and easy access with plenty of free parking, the Grand Hotel Arion is highly suitable for business meetings, seminars, receptions, (wedding) parties, social gatherings and dinners at the highest level, with all the charm of a special environment.

Multifunctional rooms

The multifunctional rooms with a view of the sea are suitable for both private dinners and larger parties. By moving the partition walls, we can transform intimate spaces into a large room very quickly.

Themes

The decor and culinary aspects can be tailored to various themes, for example 'Big Secret'.
Our hotel manager will be delighted to hear your specific requirements and will give you a keen, customised quotation.

More than just a meeting:

  • All meals and snacks are of very high quality!
  • You can complete your package by adding an enjoyable or unusual activity. These may vary from a museum visit or a boat trip to a city walk etc. It could also be a physical activity in Vlissingen, possibly on the beach, such as beach volleyball, 6-aside, a GPS-guided trip or a bicycle tour on either a normal cycle or a tandem.
  • The possibilities even include a unique cooperation with the Vlissingen Lifeguards (subject to availability), giving you an insight into the world of coastal safety.
  • If required, meals can also be taken in one of our other restaurants on the boulevard. Ideal for a change.

All our meeting packages include the following as standard:

  • Use of a luxury meeting room for the duration of your meeting package, tailored to the number of guests.
  • The room will have air conditioning, sun blinds, blackout curtains, dimmable lighting and a breathtaking view.
  • Rooms 1 to 4 have a unique view of the sea and room 5 has a captivating view of the city.
  • Reception with tea and coffee.
  • Equipment consisting of: 1 flip chart and 1 overhead or normal projector (supplied as standard) with screen.
  • Unlimited tea and coffee in the room during the meeting.
  • The room will have air conditioning, sun blinds, blackout curtains, dimmable lighting and a breathtaking view.
  • Conference pads, name cards, writing material, trainer's kit.
  • Free: basket of fresh fruit and mints.
  • For a fee, we can also provide wireless internet, a minibar with soft drinks and water, sweet snacks.
